Short answers for the person who has to get the packet out. If your question is not here, book a call or leave a note.

How do I book a 15-minute call?

Open Book a call. If a scheduling link is set, it opens that page. If it is not set, leave your name and three times that work. The note stays on this server.

What does the $799 price cover?

It is the founding audit for one of the first 3 agencies. It is one intake and one delivery for one company. It is credited toward the yearly register only if that register starts within 30 days of delivery. Those agencies lock the yearly price for 12 months.

What if the founding spots are gone?

The page says sold out. The audit price shown is then $1,499. The yearly register stays $1,800 a year for the company, never per person.

What happens after I pay?

Day 0 is intake. Days 1 to 3 are for writing down the tools. The working target for the packet is 5 business days after intake. Then you can book a short review call. This page does not store a card number.

What should I gather before intake?

The checklist on What happens next lists the person filling it in, the tools, who pays, what client information goes in, who may approve a new tool, any personal logins, and a date if someone asked for the packet. Don't know is a valid answer. You can save and come back.

How do I ask staff which AI tools they use?

Open Find your tools, add people on the briefing roster, and copy each person's link. There is also one shared roster link. The link lasts 14 days and needs no account. The note at the top says it is not a telling-off. Answers wait in Suggested tools until you add them. If fewer than 80 percent answer, an amber note appears.

How do I look for AI charges on a card statement?

Open the card and expense note. Match merchant text such as OPENAI *CHATGPT SUBSCR to the alias list. Upload a CSV with date, merchant, and amount. A match becomes a suggested tool with the cost. An unknown merchant stays in the queue for you to name. The file stays here. It is not sent to the bank.

How do I add a tool?

Open Tools, then Add a tool. Include AI inside email, the CRM, meetings, and the books. Leave the answer as don't know when you do not know.

What does approved mean on a row?

Approved means someone at your agency marked the row. It does not mean a regulator or an insurer signed off.

How do I answer a client without sending the whole file?

Open Client answers and download the client sheet. It leaves out costs, renewal dates, and incident notes. Read it before you send it.

How do staff acknowledge the briefing?

Open Staff acknowledgement, add the person, and copy their link. They type their name and the date they read the AI policy. The server stores that time. The name and date stay on the sheet. The rule that hides phone check-in answers until at least 5 people have answered does not apply here, and the page says so. It is not proof the briefing worked.

Where is the packet?

Open PDF pack and download the dated file. Client contracts and questionnaires are asking how agencies use AI. Insurers are starting to ask. Read it before it goes out. It is a snapshot of what you wrote down. It does not say an insurer requires an AI answer.

How do I ask a question?

While you are signed in, open Questions and write the question. It is stored for this agency. It is not posted on the public site.

When will someone reply?

The aim is a reply within one business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count. That is a reply to your question. It is not a legal deadline, and it does not decide the audit.

How do I set a password?

A signed-in person creates a reset link in Settings. The dev console writes it, and it is shown once there. No outside email is sent.

What does the yearly register cost?

$1,800 a year for the company, flat, never per person. Founding agencies lock that price for 12 months. Payment on this site stays closed until counsel adopts the terms.
