How it works
Four steps. You stay the person who decides what the agency approves. This product records that decision. It does not make it for you.
Step 1
You tell us what the agency already uses
On a call, or in the workspace, you name the tools staff actually open. That includes AI inside the CRM, email, meetings, and accounting tools you already pay for. If you do not know, you write “don’t know.” That is a valid answer.
Step 2
The register writes the list down
Each tool gets an owner, a plan, and the kinds of information people type into it. Look-alike names stay as separate rows, with a note that they look alike. Nothing is scanned on your computers.
Step 3
You get five actions, then the rest
The action plan groups the same kind of fix. Immediate items come first, then red items by the suggested date. The steps are suggestions. They are not an order and not a deadline set by a law.
Step 4
You keep the packet, or you ask for a yearly refresh
The one-time audit delivers the register and the files. The annual register is a separate choice: one price for the company, not a price per person. You can stop after the audit.
