Audit and annual register

Catalog placeholder, not a charge. Standard audit is $1,499 one-time. Founding clients are the first 3 agencies only, $799 one-time, credited in full toward the Annual Maintained Register if Annual is started within 30 days of delivery. Annual Maintained Register is $1,800/year per company, flat, never per seat. Founding clients lock that annual rate for 12 months.

These are documentation services. The delivery and refund rule counsel must adopt is: [COUNSEL TO ADOPT] 5 business days after the intake call, then a refund of the audit fee may be requested (placeholder — counsel must adopt).

Until that sentence is adopted, this page does not create a refund right and the app does not charge a card. A request for a refund, once counsel has adopted a rule, is handled by the operator and by Stripe. This app does not store card numbers.

What a refund does not mean

A refund is about the service fee. It is not a finding that a register was incomplete, and it is not a compliance review. Documentation support only — not legal advice, not a compliance certification.
