What you get
Client contracts and questionnaires are asking how agencies use AI. Insurers are starting to ask. This is a dated packet of what you write down, so you are not starting from a blank page. It does not say what a contract will accept, and it does not say an insurer requires an AI answer. The packet is dated the day it is exported. You read it before anyone outside the company sees it.
Register
Every tool someone wrote down, with an owner, a plan, and the kinds of information that go in.
Action plan
The same kind of fix grouped into one action, with steps. Five to read first. The row-by-row notes stay in the register.
Client sheet
Answers a client tends to ask. Internal notes, costs, and email addresses stay out of that file.
Insurer pack
A separate file for your broker, with renewals and costs. It is marked internal. Do not send it to a client.
Draft staff rules
A template for your lawyer to mark up. It is not an adopted policy until counsel says so.
Staff acknowledgement
Each person's name, the date they read the AI policy, and the time the server stored it. The link needs no account. The rule that hides phone check-in answers until at least 5 people have answered does not apply, and the page says so. It is not proof the briefing worked.
Sample — fictional agency
The download is a made-up agency. The name on the file is “Sample — fictional agency.” Private notes, prices, email addresses, and the story of what went wrong are left out. It is not a client and not a promise about your own tools.
